The only way to travel to and from the Airport in Alice Springs

Alice Springs Airport Shuttle is the only Airport Shuttle operation servicing Alice Springs Airport. We operate a 365 day per year personalized service, meeting and greeting every flight into and out of Alice Springs, with a door to door service direct to/from your accommodation.

All you need to do is give us your flight and accommodation details and we’ll meet you on arrival in Alice Springs and take you to your accommodation. Then when you’re flying out, we’ll pick you up at your accommodation and take you to the Airport in time for your check in.

If you’re planning a conference or event in town and your delegates are arriving on separate flights, they can be booked individually through our booking page. Please read the information below for full details of our service. You can book your tickets at any time by clicking on the BOOK NOW button at the bottom of this page. You don’t need a paper ticket to use our service, you only need photo ID on arrival as verification of your booking.

     •    Tickets are valid for three (3) months from the date of purchase.

Changes/Cancellations/Refunds

Changes to Airport Shuttle tickets can be made up to 24 hours before arriving/departing Alice Springs by contacting our shop direct on +61 8 8953 0310, or 1800 621 188 or emailing admin@asashuttle.com.au with your changes.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival/departure in Alice Springs, including if you do not show up for your transfer, attract a 100% cancellation fee, that is there will be no refund.

When You Arrive in Alice Springs

Our Shuttle Bus will be waiting for you directly outside the glass doors at the baggage claim at Alice Springs Airport.

When you’ve got your baggage just make your way to the shuttle bus. Our driver will have you recorded on their manifest. Please provide photo ID to the driver to verify your booking.

Our driver will then deliver you to your hotel door in air conditioned comfort.

When Departing Alice Springs

The day before you depart Alice Springs, please call our shop to confirm your return travel on 1800 621 188. Alternatively, your accommodation may do that for you on request. Our shop will then advise what time our Shuttle will collect you on your day of departure. On the day of departure please be ready in reception 10 minutes prior to your advised pick up time.

It is essential you confirm your return Shuttle booking, to ensure you are picked up on time.

When our driver arrives he will confirm your identity and deliver you to the airport on time for check in, in airconditioned comfort.

Luggage

•    There is a limit of 2 suitcases per person. Excess baggage will be carried if there is space available.

•    Alice Springs Airport Shuttle will take all reasonable steps to ensure your luggage is secure and safe. Alice Springs Airport Shuttle shall not be liable for any loss or damage to luggage carried.

•    Pets can only be carried in the luggage compartment, secured in pet carry cases. The only exception being seeing eye/hearing dogs.

•    Bikes can only be carried if they are dismantled and secured in a box. All other sporting equipment must be securely packaged to be carried in the luggage compartment.
