Buslink School Buses

We have a variety of different vehicles that operate the school runs, from 1993 Mercedes-Benz 1418 buses to 2007 Mercedes-Benz 1830 and 2008 Iveco Deltas. Almost all of the school bus fleet are now fully air-conditioned, and over half have digital CCTV systems fitted, with all new vehicle purchases having this as a standard fitting.

Student Behavior on School Buses

There is a Code of Conduct for school bus travel that sets out the standard of behaviour required for students on school buses in the Northern Territory. The Code of Conduct was updated in August 2008. In addition to the Code of Conduct there are Procedures for Managing Misbehaviour Among School Children Travelling on Buses in the Northern Territory.

In cases of student misbehaviour the procedures detail how a driver is to deal with the student. Click here to see the Code of Conduct and the complimentary document Procedures for Managing Misbehaviour.
